The position is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic direction of our print and composition efforts in the U.S. Additionally, this position is responsible for the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of all SAGE US manufacturing and composition. This includes SAGE US books, SAGE US journals, Corwin Press, and CQ Press books and directories. Qualifications include the following:
 

  • Completion of Bachelor's degree required
  • Five years of experience in print manufacturing, graphics arts, fulfillment, or related field in a multisite and multinational environment required
  • Two years of experience managing staff, to include internal employees as well as managing external vendors and strategic business partners required
  • Contract negotiation of multimillion-dollar agreements with vendors
  • Extensive computer skills, including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite of programs
