Quantitative research. Don’t make expensive
decisions on the advice of a tiny group of customers! We rely on
surveys to validate the qualitative findings, including:
- Web surveys
- Phone recruit/e-mail surveys
- Mail surveys (Yes, we still do them! In some markets, snail
mail is most effective)
Proof-of-concept. The majority of your customers
generate their best ideas by reacting to something you show them.
So, we build or help you to build and test a proof-of-concept. This
can be a storyboard, a few key screens or pages, or other visual
representations of the concept. Then, we go back to the panel for
advice, using:
- Useability labs
- In-depth interviews
Strategy development. The strategy workshop is
critical for turning customer feedback into a clear concept and
strategy. Most of our clients work in project teams of 5 to 8 people—who
have differing agenda, travel plans, and job functions. We put the
entire team in a room for a half-day, present the findings, develop
strategic scenarios, and facilitate a discussion that leads to a
concrete plan.
