This report, published by the National Center for Education Statistics in October, 2003 shows the amazing
growth of broadband and Internet connectivity in our public
schools.In the 5 years between 1998 and 2002, the number of
school instructional rooms with Internet access grew from 51%
to 92%.Most schools (94%) used broadband connections.

show disappointing lack of time spent studying: regular plagiarism

citing sources); and a failure (45% of students) to discuss
